Let's find it together.

Coaching for high schoolers, college students, and young adults — in private practice, schools, and community settings.

Welcome

A warm hello from Julie

Hi, I'm Julie — and I genuinely believe that every young person carries more strength, clarity, and potential than they've been given credit for. Sometimes all it takes is one person who asks the right questions and trusts you to find your own answers.

Whether you're a high schooler figuring out who you are, a college student navigating what comes next, or a recent grad finding your footing in adulthood — you don't have to sort it all out alone. That's what coaching is for.

As a certified Youth Resilience Coach through the Youth Coaching Institute, I use an evidence-based, non-directive approach rooted in psychology, neuroscience, and adolescent development. In our sessions, you lead. I listen deeply, ask questions that open things up, and reflect back what I'm hearing — helping you build clarity, confidence, and a real sense of direction.

Who I work with

Wherever you are in the journey

High schoolers

Identity, confidence, college transitions, and finding direction in a world full of pressure.

College students

Purpose, belonging, managing stress, and navigating some of the biggest decisions of your life.

Young adults

Post-grad transitions, career clarity, and building a life that feels like yours — not what was expected of you.

Settings

Private sessions, school partnerships, and community organizations — wherever young people are.

Small group programs

Growing together — in community

Sometimes the most powerful growth happens when you realize you're not alone. My small group coaching programs bring together young people navigating similar experiences — a safe, supportive space where every voice matters.

Small groups · 4–8 participants · Confidential & non-judgmental

Each program runs as a structured series of sessions around a shared focus. Available through private enrollment, schools, and community organizations.

Body positivity & self-image

Unpacking the pressure to look a certain way — and building a kinder, more honest relationship with your own body and self-image.

Good to know

Coaching vs. therapy

Coaching isn't therapy — and that's an important distinction. Coaching is forward-focused and goal-oriented. We're not unpacking the past; we're working with where you are now and where you want to go. If deeper mental health support is what's needed, I'll always help connect you with the right resources. Both can be valuable — they simply serve different purposes.
